My Goals:
To be emotionally and physically healthy and whole.

To love myself as much I love others.

To reach my goal weight of 130lbs.






My Program:
 Calorie restriction and exercise. Taking one day at a time and staying positive!

I am an emotional eater - finally I realize this. I've found some great information and inspiration in a book called "Shrink Yourself" Break free from emotional eating forever. Written by Dr. Roger Gould MD -
