    Self-Discipline is REALLY hard for me, too! When people bring in snacks, I tell myself I'm not going to eat them, and usually, by the end of the day, I've found some way to talk myself into it...even if it's not something that I really love. Why do we do that to ourselves? I think that's definitely my biggest obstacle. Good luck with yours!!
