Introduction Text I started with sparkpeople a long time ago. I lost 80 pounds. One day I woke up hurting and the pain has never gone away. I gained back those 80 pounds and tried other ways to lose weight but when it comes down to it, it's SparkPeople that works! So, here I am. Starting again today at my all time high 257 and ready to lose that hundred pounds. No, I can't really exercise but I can track my food and drink my water and walk some. So, here's to Losing!!!!

I will lose 100 pounds this year. Very slowly.

Right now I am just tracking and working on getting the water down.

I live in Dallas, TX with my husband who loves me no matter who I am. I have a Roommate who I've been friends with for 26 years. He has a dog named daisy. That's my family.

I changed it a little but MINE IS NOT TO QUESTION WHY, MINE IS JUST TO DO OR DIE.
