My Goals:
I want to become a better runner and improve on distance and time.
I want to continue to broaden my palate with healthy organic vegetarian dishes.
I want to become stronger and more flexible through Yoga and strength training.

My Program:
I run a track at a local park and concentrate on my form as I run.

I follow the Eat-Clean principles and prepare my own meals.

I rotate my strength and cardio days and get in at least one Yoga session a week.

Personal Information:
My name is Miranda. I was born and raised in London, Ontario CA. I have two great parents and one older brother. We are Dutch Canadian blend.

I work in Life Insurance for a major insurance company and continue to take courses in that field and other areas of business.

I have a quirky way about me and will probably always be forever young. People don't take me for my age (appearance wise).

I love animals and have two cats that my roommate (at the time) and I adopted from a litter. We have the mom and one of her kittens of which I now have both.

I'm not a sporty person but I do consider myself athletic with my running and circuit training. I love the feeling of pushing yourself to your limit and feeling the rush afterwards. Nothing can compare to that "high".

I love most things 80's! I prefer Action and Comedy movies over Romance any day!
