My Program:
I have been using the South Beach diet to start my weight loss. I have incorporated Lean meats ONLY and lots of green vegetables. My snacks (if I need them are a handful of nuts and water. I've greatly increased my water intake. I will be watching my starches once I bring them back into my diet by keeping them to a minimum of maybe once or twice per week, but they will be things like multi grain breads.

Personal Information:
Born in Buffalo N.Y. but been in Atlanta for over 30 years. This southern cooking has me where I don't need to be. I'm trying to learn that good food isn't loaded with fat and calories, good foods are things that are good for your body!
