    SPFriends,
I will be off/on SP for several months.
Of course, this will TOTALLY mess with my consistent Streaks! emoticon

My new adventure is having the Phase 1 surgery for breast reconstruction.
But, I plan to win the "Most-Mileage-Walked-When-Housebound" award!! emoticon

Each and everyone of you have come to mean so very much to me. Your support and caring is unsurpassable.

So, I'll think of you very often, be hanging over your shoulder on the site, and, hopefully back sooner than I think.

God bless you all and thank you.

    Edna emoticon

You asked about my sorbet recipe!
Sorbets are usually made from frozen fruit, and I have been trying every kind of fruit I can lay my hands on to make sorbets at home using my food processor.... my original recipe came from the Bigger, Bolder Baking blog.
    http://www.biggerbolderbaking.com/homema
    de-sorbet/

    or http://www.biggerbolderbaking.com/strawber
    ry-lime-sorbet/
.. Basically it's about 2 Cups of frozen fruit plus about 2 Tablespoons of Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

But I've just recently tried a no sugar added version using 2 Cups of frozen grapes, plus 1 frozen banana ...using the food processor, the banana makes it super smooth...

Anyhow, all of my attempts (blueberry-lime, pure raspberry, mango-strawberry, etc) have been EXTREMELY tasty... I think that if you TRY it, you'll LIKE it!
