Introduction Text Hi! I've finally decided it's time for some life changes. I've been lazy too long and I fear it's taking a toll on my health and my family life. I've got 2 years till I graduate with my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education specializing in Special Education. How am I going to keep up being this overweight? I would like to see my kids grow up and graduate high school and then college. I would love to see them get married and have kids and see which career paths they choose. I need help...I need SparkPeople!

My main objective is to take some of this extra weight off. I would like to be at my goal weight before I graduate in May 2011. OK, it's time to get serious. I am miserable at the weight I am currently at.

I really don't have a program that I'm following right now. Here are a few of the things that I'm trying to see if they work: ~ 120+ ounces of water daily ~ No random snacking ~ Treating myself with something other than food for pounds lost ~ Not denying myself of some of the foods that I really like ~ Moderation
