My Goals:
Current fitness goals:
Run to train for April '15 10k.
Reward: if I run without walking the entire race, new shoes, shorts, and running shirt!
Continue running in prep for Dec. '15 1/2 M.
Reward: backpacking/camping trip to CA or CO.
Lose 15 pounds by March 13, 2015 in a "fast start" to my SP resumption.
Reward: A couple of new Blu-ray movies!
Continue 2 to 3 days per week strength training in 2015.
My Program:
Read the bible, pray, and meditate 5 days per/week.
Turn my will over to God daily.
Serve someone in need today.
Be grateful for what I have daily.
Track all calories I put into my body.
Cardio and strength training each week.
