I need to start making ME a priority before it’s too late. It seems my whole life has been helping others and with lack of time and now lack of energy I’m afraid it may soon be too late to learn to take care of myself. I find it hard to break old habits of others first. Raised 4 kids but now that they are older and self sufficient my hubby is dealing with long term injuries from a fall and our parents are getting older and frailties arising. On top of this my body is saying enough and I’m dealing with an autoimmune disease and adrenal fatigue. I NEED TO CHANGE AND MAKE ME A PRIORITY NOW!

My Goals:
I am attempting to lose weight so I look and feel better and I want to wear my wedding rings on the correct finger again!


My Program:
I am attempting to exercise 60 min everyday(or at least 30 min if all else fails) and I try to do strength training daily - I have found a pattern of core exercises one day, upper body the next and lower body the following and then next day back to core exercises.

Hi, I am Carol, a 40 year old wife and mother of 2 teenagers and 2 twenty somethings (YIKES!!) I live in Southwestern Ontario and am fighting the battle of the bulge after putting others ahead of myself for years and years. It has been brought to my attention that I need to put myself first once in a while - to be the best I can be for others when they need me.
