We have ten teams that compete with each other in Fitness and Nutrition Challenges designed your promote positive lifestyle changes, and of course weight loss. There are different challenges each week for the duration of the challenge. Support and encouragement are a important aspect of the smaller individual teams. The larger team also gives you a chance to congratulate and get to know members from other teams.     emoticon The Capricorn child had a difficult childhood where she had to take on a lot of responsibility early (think Dolly Parton) and she will be "young" when old. She can have headaches from stress and her knees can be a source of pain for her. Capricorn is frugal with money and work is important to her, but she needs to have rest. Yoga and/or Tai Chi can help her find that strength. emoticon
