My Life Style Begins Like A Butterfly


Joined this site on June 1, 2006 per a referral from a good friend. It has just about everything I need to get and stay healthy and fit. I am married and mother of 4 children, and 4 grandsons...nope..not one grand-daughter..lol.

I am here again to take my life style in my hands like a butterfly...meaning new life begins!

Fitness Minutes: 322

My Goals:
Longterm goals are to reach a healthy weight around 155, keep blood pressure at normal readings, increase overall strength and flexibility especially in hips to alleviate discomfort due to arthritis and osteoporosis.

My Program:
 1. Commit to exercising at least 5days/wk for 30 minutes.....increase as endurance and strength goes up.

2. Journal my feelings and thoughts at least 2 times/week. Share with workout buddy.

3. Commit to eating at least 3x/day, especially breakfast! Portion control.

4. Commit to drinking at least 32 ounces of water each day.
