I guess it's good to know I'm not the only one, though I'm sorry you too have to go through this. :( I allow myself some treats sometimes too, like a bar of chocolate and glass of wine on Friday's evening, and I don't like that everyone around me is freaking out. And it's really not helping, it's enough that I judge myself, I don't want my family to remind me all the time that I need to lose weight. :/
