I am a mother of two adult children, both living at home, one finishing up high school in the next year and the other working and going to college. I also have a wonderful supportive husband of about 22 years. We also have two fur-babies, Shorty (West Highland Terrier) and Bella (Chihuahua)

UPDATE: As of July 4th.....Weight 223.7 Loss of 4.4 lbs in 5 Weeks. A Total loss of 20.4 lbs from one year ago.

UPDATE: As of May 31st.....Weight 228.1 Loss of 8.4 lbs in 11.5 weeks....at least the scale is going in the right direction.

I have been working on myself for over 12 years now. Been on Spark people on and off since 2007. I have had success and disappointment all throughout those years. The last time I lost significant amount of weight was from June 2015- April 2016-losing 63.4 lbs from my heaviest weight ever of 256. Over the last three years I have not gone above my heaviest weight....just keep bouncing from 230-250. So basically gain just about every single pound back.

On my own from Nov 2018 I have gone Up and Down the same 10 lbs 246-236. Right now as of March 11 I am at 236.5...half a pound gain since end of February.

What I deal with on a daily basis is depression, anxiety, thyroid issues and fibromyalgia. Mostly this affects my desire and ability to exercise the way I would love to.
