    Thanks so much for that wonderfully encouraging quote on my blog (about running 5k for the first time). I won't lie...I'm REEEEALLLLY excited to see the weight start to fall off. And, though I can't fathom a half marathon or marathon at this point, I know that is down the road if I keep at it. This experience has taught me that all things are possible for him who believes!

    For YYCHIO...My lack of computer skills keep me from pages such as these. I am terrible at responding because I forget to look for messages!
    From ages 17 - 40, I jogged 6-7 days a week and did aerobics. My longest run was 13 miles. At age 40, I added Yoga and strength classes. I started swimming 2 - 3 times per week, so I had not time to jog every day. Now, at age 53, I juggle walking/jogging, Yoga, Pilates, Strength Class, Ballet, Swimming, Skiing (on occasion), Aerobics. I try to do at least one class of each every week (skiing is seasonal and rare), but don't always make it. I also do gardening (yard work!). Since I have been jogging for 38 years, I prefer to jog, but can't do it every day anymore.
