Hello, my friend....you are doing so great!!! And now a new haircut...
I am working on the virtual 5K now, but have stuck with doing 2 BC videos a day...I still find them challenging, but am getting better at them every day....

But don't jack up your jogging time from today, until next week...SMALL increases are requested at this point...you don't want to go TOO crazy and set yourself back...follow the recommendations here at SP...They have a virtual 5K prep (challenge) that might fit the bill...

Start it over as many times as it takes....don't worry if you can't do some of the stuff in the videos....I couldn't either...just go back to one of the things in the video that you can do....after a couple of weeks, try doing some of the stuff you thought you couldn't do....you will be pleasantly surprised!!!! BTW, it's the same 7 videos for each week of boot camp...I personally had problems with the floor exercises and anything that comes close to a push up....could NEVER do a push up to save my life...but I'm getting close now....amazing...
Keep plugging away at this... it's too important to not try to regain some muscle mass....I'm right here with you!!!!
