Thanks for your support RE January doldrums....I just noticed that you started the 28 day challenge yesterday...I started today! How coincidental is that? I am assuming that you are still among the living...LOL!
I NEVER go to bed hungry...roast off some root vegetables or broccoli with a tad of olive oil and garlic powder and keep them available for snacking...if I roast off carrots, I use cinnamon or ginger (in place of the garlic)....carrots get really sweet when roasted (parsnips are EVEN sweeter) and it is now my nightly treat (along with a light yogurt...the combo of the roughage from the veg and the lactose from the yogurt makes me sleep GREAT...hope this helps you!
