Hello!! My name is Nancy and I have joined SP to help keep myself motivated to live a healthier, more peaceful, and happy life. I want to be able to accept myself as I am and be as kind to myself as I am to my loved ones. :)

Fitness Minutes: 82,070

My Goals:
Long Term Goals:
*Lose a minimum of 20lbs.
*Be stronger
*Have no back pain.
*Have fewer endo problems.
*Love and accept myself as I am.

Short Term Goals (Starting 06/08/09):
*Lose 10 lbs by October '09--met goal!!! :)
*To lose another 10 lbs by October '10.
*Perform aerobic exercise 4 days a week.
*Perform core strengthing exercises 4 days a week for a minimum of 10 mins.
*Lift weights 2 days a week.
*Cut my food portions down.
*Meditate for 5 min's every day--positive thoughts!!!!
*Erase the negative tapes that run through my head.

My Program:
*Walking 3 days a week for 30+ min's.
*Lifting weights 2 days a week.
*Doing Pilates exercises 2-4 days a week.
*Doing water aerobics on Saturday mornings.
*Stretching everyday.
