OMG!!!! Here it is August 17, 2012 and I'm starting over again!!! Just celebrated my 59th B'Day and I'm heavy, gained the weight all back. Seems like I loose and then get complacent and gain it all back. How many times do I have to keep starting over, why can't I just loose it and stay that way! So back to the SP web page and all you guys supporting me in my effort to loose the 25 pounds!!!

Sad to say...gained 26 pounds back in 7 months time! So starting over with my weight loss program. I was so close to my goal with only 5 pounds to go...then can't blame anything on the weight gain except I didn't watch what I was eating and with each pound I gained it didn't matter if I put another one on top of it!!! So here I am with it all back to loose and I feel so fat and don't want to look at my self naked. I celebrated 10 years of LIFE on March 15 since I had life saving liver surgery. I know I have to loose the fat to stay healthy and alive...and yet I let myself go. So here I go again and I will make my goal this year and add another 10 years of health to my life!!!

"Spark Your Body Bootcamp" My challange for January is to loose the last 5 pounds of my goal weight and to get rid of excess fat around my mid section and firm it up. So my 'start' measurements are 41/32/39 and weight at 155 after the holidays.
I want it now! This has been my mindset and it doesn't work with loosing weight. So now it's One Day at a Time for me! I'm a "stay at home wife" with two horses that I love to ride and a wonderful dog that likes to hang out with me all day long!

Well....Celebrating 3 months now of healthy eating and daily exercise!!! On August 9th (my birthday) decided to start really getting with my exercise program and dusted off the treadmill. Started jogging and walking for 30 minutes. The scale wasn't really moving much and at the end of the month we had a 3 week RV camping trip in the woods planned. I was worried! No tie with the internet or SparkPeople. What would I do? Would I fail at my program? No WAY!!! I took a note book along and wrote down everything I ate and by this time knew what my food values were and what I could and couldn't eat. Then started walking 60 minutes every morning in the woods. That was a little scary at first totally alone in the middle of nowhere, but took along my dog and a 22. I felt really good about my healthy adventure. I was successful and lost weight during my 'vacation.' By mid September had my walking to 100 minutes and 11,000 steps a day. Moved the TV into the garage and now watch programs while I 'hoof' along every morning. This week I've finally added strength exercises. Even with walking 5 miles I can't believe how much more energy I have every day. I don't have any desire for fatty foods anymore and it's so easy to eat smaller portions and healthy choices! I'm proud of myself...have lost 17 pounds in 13 weeks. Well...I said 'slow and steady' wins the weight loss RACE!!!

I'm following the SparkPeople diet plan and exercising as well as riding my horses.

Personal Information:
I live in Central Arizona and would rather be outdoors than inside. Love to go boating, 4 wheel on local trails, RV camp and of course ride my horses.
