    I'm still working on that goal this month! Let's see, I started by masking water intake too, like by making spritzers with my favorite juice (POM blueberry-pomegranate) plus sparkling water and drinking rooibos Earl Grey tea. I know it sounds weird but when I drink any tea other than herbal or rooibos, I always "subtract" a glass of water from my daily intake since caffeine is a diuretic and depletes the body of water. It evens things out a bit again.

    By working out really hard, my body needed a lot more water anyway and I started to crave it. I'm totally not craving water as much at the moment, but I'm back at work to get my crave on again! :)
