    Hi Nattar.... It's pretty cool that our team mates came together this week and pulled 1st place.. Sure would be nice if we could do it all the time but I don't mine sharing.. hahaa.. So come on and try to take our place and do your best.. I'll even cheer you on.. After all it's for all of us really to reach our goal weight and live a better healthy life style.. right? haha..

    Hey, also I would like to invite you to my team that I started if your interested.. it's a way to start a exercise routine- streak in doing and sharing what we do with others... to help take the boredom out and make it more interesting and maybe even more fun with exercising. If you think you can do at least 10 mins a day or more everyday, or at least 3 times a week.. you'll fit right in. It's not a contest challenge.. Just folks like our self's wanting to improve and make good life style changes.. and all the experts warn us that if you don't incorporate exercise besides eating healthy, the chances are you'll end up gaining your weight back.

    The percentage is high for those who just diet, and don't exercise, that they will end up putting the weight right back on for not incorporating or committing exercise in their daily routine. So give it some thought, and if you think you would like to join.. Then click on my profile and under my list of favorite teams, look for "Let's Get Physical" with the picture of a sunset.. which symbolizes to not let a day go by without exercising before or after the sun sets that day. haha..

    If your too committed on other teams, I understand but wanted to share the invitation.. I think you would be a good asset to the team to help keep others motivated.. including yours truly.. Thank you for the praise on our team doing first place and I welcome your challenge. haha..

    Hi Nattar, I've been on the yellow team for a year.. I know I skipped one challenge with them.. thought I needed more time for self to figure out why the scale wasn't moving.. It didn't help so I rejoined thinking it would spark something... haha.. I'm still waiting for that spark. I keep gaining and losing the same five pounds since November.. but I'm not giving up. I know eventually it will start coming off.. I just have to keep pushing myself. At least I feel better and in no time I'll be in a size 7 or 5 again. Good luck on your weight lost journey.. Feel free to drop me a line now and then.. It would be nice to know how your doing on your journey. Later, Ivy :)
