Introduction Text So I've started and restarted losing weight so many times in my life...so many times in the last year...so many times in the last few months. And I'm sure I will have to restart again. But for now...GAME ON!!! I really just want to be healthy. I want to go out to play without losing my breath. I want to be the one that other people have to keep up with...not the other way around.

I would like to be healthy and able to do the things I want to do without being held back by my size or fitness level. 5/19/15 356-Done being fat. Starting over again. 346-10 pounds DONE 336-20 pounds DONE 326-30 pounds 316-40 pounds 306-50 pounds 296-60 pounds 286-70 pounds 276-80 pounds 266-90 pounds 256-100 pounds 246-110 pounds 240-Lost the "F" it, I don't care anymore weight I gained back and then some. 236-120 pounds 226-130 pounds 216--140 pounds 210--Weight when I graduated from high school. 206-150 pounds 196-160 pounds 186-170 pounds 176-180 pounds 170--Weight when I got my first driver's license at 15 166-190 pounds 156-200 pounds 150-206 pounds GOAL

Heavy on the fruits, veggies, and exercise with a few treats thrown in once in awhile. I do better when I track what I eat and how much I work out. You have to own your actions when you put them in writing.
