Introduction Text Hello. I am now 42 and have decided enough is enough. I joined Weight Watchers did that for 3 months, and since have done the Shred diet from Dr. Ian Smith. While not following any of it strictly, I am finally losing weight for the first time since being diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I do need to log what I eat to make a big difference. I LOVE to exercise. I dance on the Wii, follow classes on our ROKU (Gymbox), and have several The Firm and Leslie Sansone dvd's. I weight train on a consistent basis, and am making strides in that area. I can now do bicep curls with 10 lb. dumbbells in each hand! I am determined that this time I will be successful.

Lose 10% of starting weight. Minimize mono episodes. Go down a size. Will reassess goals as they are met.

Following Sparkpeople for calorie limits. Using mostly the Wii for exercise. I am using Wii Zumba 1 &2, Walk It Out, Just Dance 1 & 2, 3 and Wii Summer Party. Wii EA Sports Active more w/o & , Gold's Gym Dance and Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing, Exerbeats and Get Fit with Mel B. I also do workouts on The Gymbox on our Roku.

Married. Have 1 fur baby (cat).
