Introduction Text I am now considered a "Maintainer" here on spark because I have reached my goal weight this past year and now need to maintain it. It is WONDERFUL to be at my goal weight and to maintain the weight it takes a constant conscience effort to keep my healthy habits active in my day. So I MUST remember to make and take the time for me that I need to stay a healthier person. In Memory of my Dad: "You've Got to Move to Improve" Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take,but by the moments that take our breath away. I am Done Making excuses! I am "DONE" being overweight! I am Done hiding behind big clothes! I am Done expecting someone else to fix me! I am Done Putting myself last! I am done laying on my butt! I am Done hiding from cameras! I am Done overeating! I am Done feeling embarrassed about my weight! I am Done wishing I was thin and doing nothing about it! I am Done not working towards my goals! I am Done with being out of energy! I am Done feeling tired! I am Done with the emotional eating I am Done making poor choices! I am Done living in denial! I am Done lying to myself! I am done saying only what I want to hear! I am Done being the fat girl!!

To lose the extra weight, build up my energy level , I want to take long walks with my dogs and stop isolating and join the land of the living, the healthy and the fit!

I will make better food choices and be more aware of the food I put in my mouth. I will be more thoughtful of the consequences to my body and health from what I eat. I will have better portion control. I will check in here everyday, make goals and follow thru with them. If I have trouble and need help, I will reach out to a fellow spark people member for the support, encouragement and motivation I need to get me through. I will join teams to reach my goals and be here for others that may need help and support as well.

I am determined to incorporate all the tools I have gained by sparking within my daily life and share with my friends as others shared with me. I have learned if we really want something bad enough we CAN achieve it!!!
