Introduction Text hi i am a 27 yo mother of three 11,7, and 4. i am married to a great man who is very supportive. i have decided to lose some extra pounds i have gathered over the years and i'm tired of every place i went to wants you to pay hundreds of dollars for there advice that sometimes doesn't work. i am also excited to meet new people who i can build friendships with.

my goals are to lose enough weight to fill healthy and happier with myself, to be able to stop going for the chocolate.

i go walking every morning then on mon, wed, and fridays i do my strenght training to get to a slimmer me, i'm thinking of taking up pillow fighting cause it burns 750 calories an hour. better then other things i can think of . i am also hoping to join my local fitness center soon.
