Who knows? Maybe that team will resurrect soon and EG will have a viable team that can exercise together from time to time...including that 3 mile run you would like to take as part of your goals!

I started the chair marching when I was working in a call center and at a computer for hours on end. Now I do them because I am not able to do much weight bearing on my left leg. It's simple. Hold your abs in tight and simply lift one foot at a time as if marching. Maybe they are more like Knee Lifts, but because I do one leg at a time it's marching in my book. I used to keep the count manually but time & practice allowed me to track how many steps I could march in a set amount of time and now I can just watch the clock and know that as long as I keep my marching steady, I get to 10,000 steps in 30 minutes. Sometimes I just march for a full 60 minutes but still just count it as 10,000. Good luck with it. People scoffed at me before but my legs are stronger, I am consistently losing weight AND inches, and my legs are in better shape than ever! Glad to be on the journey with you!
