    Welcome to the Depression and Dieting team. I am fairly new and I am still so excited about this web site. The team members are so supportive. I use the nutrition tracker tool to keep up with everything I eat and drink, I opted to enter my own meals instead of system setting up the meals, but I do use the nutritional guideline numbers assigned to me to guide me as to what I eat or drink. I am drinking water all day...just still drinking that one coke I can't seem to get rid of. I decided my best choice for exercise was walking and I started super slow, adding further along the way. I am now up to 1 mile two times a day. If you have any questions, complaints, need encouragement, or just want to boast all you have to do is start a new topic and the responses will come rolling in. Glad to have you with us! Rebecca
