Introduction Text The only time I have successfully addressed my weight is when I was active on Sparkpeople. So here I am again. Obviously losing weight is great. So my short term aim is to lose the weight and my long term aim is to keep it off forever!

Eat smaller meals. Ditch sugar 10,000 steps or more daily One hike with my family per week.
