someone one new screaming to come out


I,m a mom of two wonderful kids shawn 14 and summers 12. Been married to my best friend for 20 years, almost lost him this year.God sure opened my eyes, life is short, and all, my dad has alizimimizers(not sure how to spell it) my mom has a very bad heart, the doctors say they can,t do anything. Well guess what i have to live for all the above. i,m 50 pounds over wait, my fault. so unhealthy sick of the way i made my self into.NO MOREL Now i,m on a joureny where it might take only god knows but ...

I have him and now my sparks family an together i will lose the pounds and a new mw will come out, healthy, sexy, happy and very much alive. so come take my hand and we will all do it together.

My Goals:
to lose 50lbs and never gain it back to actullay exercise, (hate)it but have to try for health sake. my body hurts constantly.

My Program:
 Walk,walk walk. For now.

I live in Nevada,Mo.Been around here all my life. I ahve two children at home,4on thier own and 5 grandkids.

Other Information:
 I love fiction books, scary moives, walking and fishing. A country girl at heart,love country music.
