SMART for 2017 : Goal weight loss

Specific : To loose 25 pounds by 4/30 * to reach this goal *
1) Maintain a 1700 calorie a day diet
* more protein less carbs
* 72 ounces of water daily
* weigh and measure portions
* Track
2) I will workout 6 days a week.
* Continue to follow Jay's (trainer) strength
training program
* Increase Cardio to 45 minutes daily
* Implement a stretching program
3) Stress factor
* Better sleep patterns ~ 8 hours daily
* Journal daily
Measurable : I will weigh in on Friday mornings .
Monthly measurements with Jay .
Attainable : Items needed Monthly fees to gym and Jay , body
Scale , Kitchen scale , journal, water bottle Ect.
* I will schedule time for my fitness and myself daily
in my calendar and set alarms to remind me .
* support system : Sparkpeople, Jay , John and
My brother, Carolyn and a dear
friend .
Relevant : At the end of 2015 I weighed 299. It has taken all of
2016 to reach 274. I do not want to fall backwards
again . I need to loose the weight to become stronger
Physically and mentally to deal with the growing pain
in my feet . This will help me become stronger and
more confident to make the life decisions necessary
to find happiness and peace with in my myself.

My Goals:
2015 Fall Exercise commitment and fitness plan !
I am committed to doing all that I can to get back to the fitness level I was at last year at this time . I am committed to working hard through fitness and nutrition to achieve my weight loss goals .

Fitness plan :
workout 1: chest/shoulders/ triceps
Work out 2 : back/ biceps
Work out 3 : Legs / abs
Half hour of cardio daily
with 60 minutes of pool time at least twice a week .

To share my story and embrace every day as it is a new day. To have patience and understanding with myself as do with everyone else. To know my limitations and to respect my personal boundaries.





Personal Information:
I am Darlene from MS. I am the mother of two grown sons and grandmother of two grandsons and one grand daughter . I am a emotional eater trying to change that part of my life. The process started out July,2011 at 366 pounds we are getting there . slow and steady is the way of the world.
On June 26, 2013 I met my 100 pounds gone mark weight in at 266. 8.

    My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far today, I have finished 2 bags of M&M's, 2 glasses of wine and a chocolate cake. I feel better already
