Just me. And the biggest fight of my life. That's all.
Taking baby steps to change my life and be healthier (and hopefully skinnier too!)
I'm a mommy of a mini-Jillian who pushes me like no other. Married to my high-school sweetheart. We've been together 17 years, married for 7 years.
And because of many positive changes lately, I'm the happiest I've ever been! Have to be healthy so I can enjoy my wonderful life and awesome family!

My Goals:
Short-term Goals:
1. Exercise at least 5 days a week.
2. Keep portion sizes in check.
3. Drink more water.
4. Try running once I get my treadmill! (Can't believe I just said that...)
Overall Goals:
1. Be healthier in general. Don't obsess over the scale, just the fact that a flight of stairs doesn't kill me is awesome!
2. Goal weight - 150lbs. Although I do want to lose weight, it's not an obsession or the MAIN goal.
3. Set a better example for my daughter. AND husband. I want my husband around as long as I can have him! Even if we're 110...well, maybe not 110. That would be 95 years together. WOW.
My Program:
Ha, my program is very lenient. It has to be for me or else I will give up. I make changes gradually. Baby steps.
1. Exercise/be active - I no longer sit around all the time, if my daughter wants to play I get up and play!
2. Portion control. I eat what I love, just less of it.
3. Healthy food - gradually adding vegetables and changing from regular pasta to whole wheat. Then it eventually just becomes second nature. I don't have to force myself to eat broccoli...I LIKE to eat broccoli!
