Introduction Text I have finally graduated from college! I walk June 30th and am glad that after my divorce I was able to find the motivation to finish, it only took me that long :) My weight loss journey began in August of 2011. I began working out and eating better. I had some set backs and made excuses for awhile, I am however back and stronger than ever. I am much more active and focusing on my health and raising my two boys!!!!!!! 7/7/2012 Update: I have graduated college. I am enjoying this summer with the boys, my youngest starts kindergarten in August and I am scared. He has autism and I am worried about the transition. Once I get him settled in to school, I plan on hitting the pavement for a job. As a graduation present I received professional resume writing services and I am so excited to get that. I hate writing resumes! I am also sticking hard core to my lifestyle change, I am working on healing my soul as well as my body. I am finding that the soul part is harder then the outside which is interesting. But I CAN DO THIS!

I want to be able to keep up with my boys, and to walk into any store and find my size! Run a 5k! Run a 10k! Run the Chicago Marathon!

I have joined a fitness club that is kid friendly so I don't have a reason to not work out! I am focusing on my calorie intake and burning more then what I eat.

I am from Peoria, IL. I am trying to build a life for me and my boys! I want to be independent and able to do this all on my own! Life is good.
