I'm back after nearly 10 months. Over that time I dieted and failed many times. I'm going to try this site again and give it full effort. I graduate in May and would love to have school and my weight loss struggle out of the way before I start the next chapter of my life

Goals and rewards:

Weight~Goal date~~reward~~~~~~~~~done

195 2-8 (bday) increased motivation
total weight loss=20 pounds

185 3-19(doc apt) increased motivation
total weight loss=30 pounds

170 5-10 (grad) $50 grad. dress
total weight loss=45 pounds

160 7-4(firewrks) $100 from dad
total weight loss=55 pounds

150 8-20(teach) $300 on work clothes
total weight loss= 65 pounds

I'm not sure what the other rewards should be. I don't want to go buying new outfits quite yet.

My Goals:
I want to be 170 by May 10th (graduation)

and 150 before I start my first year teaching

My Program:
I don't have time or the ability to do much exercising but I'm trying to stay busy and active. My first big task is controlling my eating which, when I'm bored or feeling any kind of emotion, is out of control. Also, I know this is against many people's views on weight loss, but I will be taking a diet pill. If it doesn't work, I'll stop, but I need to try it out.

Personal Information:
I'm a mother to a 3 year old and a full time student. I'll be getting a degree in biology, psychology, and secondary education in May. I plan on getting a science teaching job and continueing my education. I'm from the midwest and plan to stay here. My boyfriend is from california and has an ex-wife and 3 kids of his own. Him and his kids live about one hour away. And that about wraps up my life, briefly
