    Hello, Thanks for stopping by my Spark Page. You are off to a good start, just keep up the good work.... All I did was change my eating habits and started exercising. I did keep a food diary. I gave up sugar, fried foods and cokes. Now in then I do eat something sweet or fried, but I haven't drank a soda in 10 years. I hope this helps, just let me know if you need anything else.
