Fitness Minutes: 1,081

My Goals:
Smoke less. Exercise more. Eat healthier. Decide what I would like.

Decrease the size of my AdoubleS!!

Stop hating ALL men because of my ex.

My Program:
 I'm not eating less, just trying to eat healthier- especially snacks. So yes, that's less calories, more nutrition, but still the same amount of food.

Cardio 3x week. My heart may be broken but that doesn't mean it can't be healthy!

Cut down to 2pks cigs/wk.


Personal Information:
Southern OK, right on the border of TX. Lake Texoma is very close.

Single mom.
