    Nikki! I'm so happy for you! What an accomplishment! I was wondering if you want to share on the 5:2 chat what worked for you? Did you count calories every day? If so, how many calories did you stick with? Did you do 5:2 along with timed fasting (16:8 or something like that)? Anything you want to share would be great! emoticon emoticon

    Good morning Nikki,
    I only eat fruits and veggies high in alkaline. Avocados , lemons , raspberries, cucumbers , spinach, onions , celery, apples on occasion but measured, asparagus , cabbage , cauliflower, some carrots but measured. All herbs fresh.
