I am a 36 year old mom of 3, I recently got out of the military so now I can definitely focus on me. I weighed myself last Friday with a starting weight 193... my goal weight is to be at least a hundred in 70 lbs by mid-August. If you happen to start following ...me thank you! all for helping me and giving me encouraging words. As I will follow you through your Journeys, also I genuinely look forward to getting to know you all through our progress on here
