Hey there! Just looking for an outlet for the daily trials, triumphs and tribulations of my life!

My Goals:
My goals are to live healthy and happy; to never hold onto anger and to try the best I can to always do the next right thing.
My Program:
I go to the gym at least 4 days a week. If I cannot get to the gym I make sure I do some sort of strength training at home and jump rope for 15 minutes. I feel way more accomplished when I don't feel like exercising and I do it anyway! :)
Personal Information:
I am originally form Philadelphia - moved to Bucks County in 2006. I really LOVE music!!
Other Information:
One thing that helps me relax is journaling. I use stickers and motivational quotes that I cut out and paste into my journal and then reflect on them. It really helps me to think about my goals and state of mind.
