    Those planks will get easier when you do them everyday! I started just 30 sec and increase 5 sec each day to 2 minutes. You can do it. Hope you enjoyed your day in the spotlight!

    Thank you for the Spotlight. This last days I've not been able to hit my target of 10,000 steps. Only because I have yet be able to lose one pound of the scale. At least I have lost 2 inches of body parts. After all this rain days I will be able to make my 10,000 steps. Cause I am not going to quit.     Happy day in the Clover Spotlight. So glad you are a Clover teammate. Starting with baby steps is a good thing. Taking 3 ten minute walks and getting in 6000 steps, then building up to longer walks and getting 10,000 steps is a very good plan. When I first started walking, I was only walking about 5 minutes each time as I was in such bad shape that it took my breath away. Keep pushing, you can do this.
