    emoticon Hope you're enjoying your spotlight day. You have got a great plan to walk 10 min x 3 everyday. I'm trying to get my walking up too and didn't think of doing this. So you've inspired me to do that. Soda is a hard habit to break. To save calories, you may want to switch over to diet soda as a first step. Then you can start substituting a glass of water for a soda. Just like your walking, breaking it down to smaller chunks you can do the same with soda/water. So glad you've joined the challenge and we can do this together. emoticon emoticon emoticon
