Introduction Text I know that losing weight will be one of the hardest things I'll ever do in my life. But I also know something else - I can do it. For the first time in my life, I really feel like I'm ready. I'm sick of feeling uncomfortable and self-conscious everywhere I go. I've been overweight my whole life, and it's time for it to stop. That's why I'm here. I know it will be a long journey, but putting it off won't make it any easier. You have to start somewhere, and I've decided to start here and now. I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and I'm borderline diabetic. I'm currently taking Metformin for the diabetes. My doc says any weight I can lose will help, so that's why I'm here!
