    You are SO moving down the elevator! I've been playing around with the same pound... 145/144/145/144, etc. I get to this point where subconciously I think my brain is thinking, "I'm skinny enough now. Now I can go back to eating toast, pie, etc". This always happens to me. The minute I get a few compliments or people begin to notice I've lost weight, I kind of "sabatoge" it, and start slowing down.
    Then again, there was the costa rican trip, the subsequent anthill attack/reaction, the groin strain, a mild flu, and surgery, all one after the other. I think once I get back to my regular fitness routine, I'll bust thru.

    Gotta keep sparkin' right?

    I'm still alive.. things have just been a little crazy for me as my husband is away so I am pretty much a single mom who is a full time student, works part time, and has way too many volunteer commitments to count. I have been very slack on my CE but trying to fit in my cardio. On a brighter note I am going to Jamaica in 25 days and will get some well deserved R&R. Just hoping I'll look good in a bikini.

    Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you.
