Hi all! My name is Melanie, 24, from Texas. I've always been worried about my weight, and delt with yo yo dieting, anxiety, and self esteem issues every since I can remember, but now looking back I have never really had a weight problem until I got pregnant, and had a huge baby about 3 1/2 years ago. I went from 100 lbs to 170, then a few months after the baby I was able to get to about 140, then 130. And that's where I've been stuck these last few years, bouncing from 125 to 130. And I know that that doesn't sound like a bad weight but you have to realize that I'm 5' 0" and small framed. I knew that I was gaining weight and had planned on starting a new diet after the new year, but when I steped on that scale and saw 140, OMG I almost died!!! So now I'm just at the point where I am claiming my body back!! With reason. I realize that I might not ever get back down to the pre-prego weight of 100, but I'm gonna try 110 at least. I'm so tired of feeling fat, not having anything to wear, feeling like the ugliest girl in the room, feeling like I'm cheating myself, my husband and my son of things because of my self esteem, I'm tired of depriving my husband of sex because I feel fat, tired of just being tired. New year, New me:) and......I can't wait!!!!!

Fitness Minutes: 3,140

My Goals:
My main goal is to lose 30 lbs, to be at my healthy weight of 110. I'm giving myself 4 months. But hey if I don't reach it by then i'll be okay, because I know that I will be close:)


My Program:
I'm working out 5 days a week, 3 sessions each of cardio and strength. I'm following the diet exactly as the site gives it to me. So far so good, so I'm excited to see where I end up:)
