Introduction Text I'm a mom of two toddlers, one boy one girl, so they keep me on my toes. A few months ago we moved to Rotterdam, Netherlands due to my husbands job for the USCG and we will be here for the next 3 years. It's an exciting adventure and we are doing our best to take advantage of every moment. Part of that means getting healthy so we can really enjoy our time here.

My ultimate goal is to be healthy. I'm too young to have as many health problems as I have and I have a lot of family history of major medical problems. I want to nip this in the bud before I HAVE to lose weight. My rewards: 5 lbs - Pride and Prejudice on blu-ray (Yum...Colin Firth in tight pants) 10 lbs - New Pajamas - sexy, but able to lounge around the house in with the kids 15 lbs - New workout outfit 20 lbs - Ed Hardy perfume 25 lbs - Willow Tree Nativity Complete Set 30 lbs - New head to toe outfit from PUG GOAL - $500 clothing shopping spree!!!

I'm eating smaller, more filling meals. I am drinking 8+ cups of water a day. I'm not denying myself anything, but when I do indulge, I'm doing it the smart way by eating smaller portions. I'm working out 5+ times a week. Hopefully I'll get my Turbo Jam discs in this week so I can start that program.

Originally from FL, but after just spending the past 4 years in Alaska I now consider that home. Currently living in Rotterdam, Netherlands due to my husbands job in the Coast Guard. We have two children, both are three years old. My husband travels a lot for work, so it's just the three of us quite often.
