Run/walk 5 times a week
Yoga most nights of the week to help my lower back.
Regular strength training is a MUST!

3/2/09- I did the consecutive HUNDRED!
3/8/09- 2nd consecutive HUNDRED!
4/2/09 - 3rd consecutive HUNDRED
