    Get this blog going girl! We have to journal this 13 days on the fast! I love you... oh, did you get a chance to read any of the symptoms we're supposed to experience in the next 3 days... I think we going to be fine. I've already been munching on ice when i thought I was goanna be hungry.... and I don't even think it was hunger, just the desire to "eat". It helped though, I munched until I didn't feel like chewing anymore.

    Ok tips I found out on my own so far:

    ~Brush and floss (its supposed to signal to your brain, no eating, or something like that)

    ~Chew ice when you want to eat

    ~Have a distraction PLANNED for when you feel like you want to eat, because the feeling to eat will pass!

    Hello NONIOIE Thank you for the add. Swimming and water aerobics is great. me and a friend have started that and we are going to see our personal trainer for the first time tonight, i need to lose 150 pounds and they said 10-14 months so I am ready to start my journey so lets get this weight off together!!
