thanks for stopping by my blog! You know, I've thought a hundred times... if I would just do some muscle stretching exercises while watching tv, driving, would be really helpful. I'll have to get a visual tattoo it on my TV or Good mom, making you goodies! Just direct her to the lowfat recipe section and let her

You have a happy, productive week! emoticon

I really enjoyed your feedback to my recent post: Something to Ponder. I love your plan to get more active this year, smell teh flowers, take walks outside... what a great way to enjoy exercise! I love your pictures on your page, the smooth journey and your raised flower bed, how gorgeous!

Thanks for your comments on my blog about What a Girl My Size Can Do. I love bicycle riding! When I started exercising again, last June, that is what I did. I rode my bike every evening and worked up to riding 25 miles on Saturdays. As I got healthier and lighter and the weather got colder, I switched to walking/jogging and loved it so much. Now I'm looking forward to warm weather so I can get that bike back out!

Thanks for your comment on my page :-)
With regards to strength training - I totally agree it makes the biggest difference. I incorporated some form of strength training/toning into my weekly workouts a year ago and I'm sure that's why I don't have loose flabby skin! I started out cycling and doing home dvd workouts before moving onto the gym, now I alternate between high and low intensity cardio and weights and I also do yoga which I love for improving core strength and increasing flexibility. I'm trying a new class tomorrow - hips, bums and tums, which is all for toning your lower body and I seriously can't wait!!
I hope you reap the benefits of exercise in your program too :-)
