    That's great, you joined BodyRock, Happy BodyRocking!

    For me, I don't put the exercises as cardio, I've no clue which exercises similar with the workouts and I'm not into calorie-burn counting. So, I end up adding in the strength section and just feel content that I'm doing the hardest as I can and sweat a lot!
