Hello! My name is Tangela! I am really enjoying this site! I have reccomended it to some of my friends and I am telling everyone about it! It has really helped me! I have never logged my eating and fitness habits before. I have made tremendous progress and I am learning alot! I am getting closer to my goal! Some days it's hard tyring to stick to my meal plan or eat 6 meals a day because I work at night. Not to mention when I get off Iwant to go home and go to sleep. I can admit I cheat from time to time, who doesn't? LOL! I have the opportunity to start anew each day! Thank God for the Elliptical machine! IT's a beautiful thing! Logging my progress has helped me alot! I can make changes to my meal plan or hit the gym and extra day/hour. Last week (6-21-08)I noticed I lost more weight! I am down to 219lbs.!!!!!!!! I am so excited!! Ijust can't hide it!!!! For an extra bonus I got a chance to meet former NFL running back for the Tennesse Titans and extreme health nut, Eddie George! He is my motivation!!!!! What a lovely motivator he is!!!!!. It was a pleasure to finally meet him!!!! He is truly a beautiful person!!!! He has a great workout DVD! You know I got it! He encourages everyone to eat healthy and exercise! That's a good look! Suppa Sexxxy! That's my goal!!!! Let me stop because I can keep on talking about him!!! I just want everyone to Be Encouraged!!!!! Don't give up! Keep praying , believing and keep on moving!!!! The progress may be slow ,be patient change is going to come!!!! Live Strong! Live Long!!!!!

    Hello and welcome to,

    I'm pretty new at this myself, but wanted to let you know that it's o.k. to just jump right in and play, i.e. "click. click. click". It's how I have been learning my way around. So far I have encountered only splendid, encouraging and helpful people. I hope you try isometric exercise, it's perfect for adults with mobility issues, chronic pain, have been sedentary for a while, or who tire easily. Yet even if you're at the top of your game, isometrics can give you the added edge towards meeting your goals, even if that is finishing a triathlon! emoticon
