Introduction Text Real name is Mark. I'm a 67 YO male who lives in Dunedin, Florida. After a lifetime of poor eating and too much Pepsi Cola, I've come to the conclusion that this lifestyle is not sustainable and must change. I will no longer allow an abusive childhood and subsequent family issues define who I am for ONE MORE DAY. I owe it to my wife, daughter and granddaughter to become a better version of myself. It is for this reason that I decided to enter a protocol for Gastric Sleeve Surgery, realizing that it is just a TOOL and that I must still do the hard work of changing my view toward food and exercise. With the help of my family, team and all of you I know that I'll be successful. LET'S GET STARTED!

I want to be at 1600/day with an allowance for 1 2000 calorie day per week in order to lose 20-25 pounds prior to surgery.
