I'm back again...this time it's different. I joined a gym..stopped all sodas since April 4th 2012 and been eating heathy since 4/4/13 as well. I use to be the person who would say I could never go to the gym I'm too embarrassed..then I became the person that was like well maybe it i had someone to go with me..well I'm proud to say I went alone today on my own...I didn't care what people thought about me (small lie..I did care a little..I was nervous being there alone) but I got through it! Baby ...
